We learnt how to utilize plugins such as gates, compresses and reverbs.

Gate - Doesn't let sound through when it is lower than the set threshold.

Compresses - Can be used to control high peaks by leveling out volume

Today we watched Great Movie Mistakes and noted mistakes that occur in some movies, such as blood stains changing position every shot. We then had a go at producing our one mistakes, working in groups of two. One of our mistakes included a scene which included a computer monitor being on then off. Continuity editors check for consistency in films and could work for movie production companies and it's there job to either help mask the shot or submit a reshot, they could possibly earn up to 40 thousand a year.

We filmed it with a canon camera, was great. And made some music and voice over.
